Monarch Inc. will not pay a fee to any employment agency or third party for the referral of candidates unless the agency or third party has signed an Agency Fee Agreement and been assigned a search requirement by an authorized member of our Human Resources Department. If those requirements are not met, please note that unsolicited resumes from employment agencies or third parties of any kind become the property of Monarch Inc. and are considered Gratis (no fee) referrals.
